In most cases, our associates are versed in a myriad of business processes and functionality. Therefore, we do not need to make unnecessary, costly trips to your facility, greatly cutting down on development costs. However, we realize there may be circumstances which warrant a personal visit.

ZapDude understands that you need to keep costs at a minimum. In most cases, we do not need to come to your site to perform your application development, saving you considerable cost. In some circumstances, we may need to send a project engineer to assess your situation. For instance, you may have special processing requirements that transcend normal networking procedures, a diverse staffing operation that would warrant training, or data handling requirements that cannot be performed off-site.
While other software companies routinely charge prime-time, expensive flights, high-class hotel or motel sites, and rental cars to their clients' expenses, our associates are frugal enough to understand that we are there strictly for your convenience. To keep costs down, we require up-front travel costs to be administered prior to arrival. But we choose off-peak flight hours, taxis, and if we stay overnight, Motel 6 (or equivalent). In all cases, all assessment is part of the software development package, and not added on as hourly fees. So if we have to stay an extra day to clarify a point, it's no hindrance to us.
