Minimum Investment. Maximum Results.
ZapDude pricing is not only competitive, it is revolutionary. Why? Since most contractors bid on an hourly basis for their projects, they can be prone to time mismanagement, and frequently underestimate the difficulty of the project. ZapDude uses the Single Price method to charge for each project. In addition, payment prices are not paid until the completion of the project (certain exceptions apply). |
The Single Price method refers to a standard price, agreed upon before the project is started. This price can not be increased during the project due to reasons that affect the contractor. ZapDude believes that the client should not have to pay for a contractor's "Learning Curve." In addition, some contractors provide false assurances, just to get the job, only to fail to provide results that fully satisfy the customer.
At ZapDude, we believe in simplicity. And simplicity translates that your own decisions are made easier. Here are some typical prices (all prices in US dollars):
- $100: Specialized Excel sheets with automated macros, standardized Word documents, and initial database schema designs. Typical time from start to finish: One week. Payment is not due until completion, acceptance, and acclimation of the project.
- $500: Complete streamlining of existing Excel sheets, Access databases, and Microsoft Word documents, or automated database extraction from web sources. Typical time from start to finish: Three weeks. Payment is not due until completion, acceptance, and acclimation of the project (certain exceptions may apply).
- $1,000: Specialized application creation, including Wizard-like applications and automation of certain tasks. This entry-level complete application is our most popular option. Typical time from start to finish: Two months. In many cases, the payment not due until completion, acceptance, and acclimation of the project (certain exceptions may apply).
- $5,000: Our COMPLETE, all inclusive package! This includes on-site* process evaluation, application design, integration with your data requirements, data extraction services, in-house folder assignments, and unlimited interaction with your associates following completion of the project. Typical time from start to finish: Two to four months.
In most cases, a 20% startup fee will apply, with scheduled payments to be administered as agreed.
